My adult son and myself took the 2 youngest grandchildren out yesterday into the harbour. For one of them it was his first ever time fishing. I suggested one adult and one child form a team against the other adult and child. THEY decided it would be kids v adults! Unfortunately THEY started well! With both catching fairly decent fish within minutes (of the skipper putting them on the fish 😉 ) Within 15 minutes it was 3 . 0! With one bass measuring 47cm! By the end of the trip (2 1/2 hours) it was 12 . 2 and id had enough of being wupped by a couple if 7 year old!

Anything she can do, I can do better🤣😂🤣😂

Not a lot of good asking me Graham as I rarely get out myself although I hear it’s hit and miss. It Is large tides at the moment so I will be fishing inshore today unless it’s very flat which I doubt. Good luck if you do venture out
