Exactly Charlie, I think a good example of 9mls is probably, The Needles from Durleston or vice-verce,?? A bl@@dy long way even for Trevors newly invigorated boat!!! Derek.
That is the whole point,, factual accuracy, not frugality with the truth to score points. there will be no visual or environmental problems, you wont see them at 8+ miles or only a pinhead on the horizon, Derek.
That simulation is not 8 or 10 miles off shore, it does not even pretend to be, ie- no earth curvature, the diminishment in height between mast images is a joke, but hey ho at least its not politicians this time being frugal with the truth. derek,
I still think they where scared witless, i sugest again sub sonar? cant see any oil rigs on the horizon so probably not sonar or echo sounding. an Orca will shift them but not completely panic that large a pod to that degree.? Derek.
Bl**dy fantastic!! Lucky they did not do it on a Japanese beach, they would have all been killed for''research'' and eaten by now. Looking at them come in ''on mass'' i am still suspicious of submarine sonar, something had scared them badly, Dont know weather you served on subs Charlie, I did not. any comment? Derek.
Hi all, Looking for advice, has anyone cleaned or painted a black ''rubbing strake'' on their boat? if so what materials, paint,or cleaner etc did you use ? Derek,,
I dont care how Big they are!! they are too Bl@@dy small!! And take it from me this club is fully entitled to judge others by our standards, The amount of fish returned by its members in the name of conservation is outstanding. Derek.
PS, You wouldn,t keep them on ''ELLEN''
What i find upsetting is the youngster in the second picture who now thinks this is the way to behave!! i hope they are going to publish a picture of Charlies Undulate along with the sporting way it was released,( well done Charlie) Derek,
