Got one , Bought an XS500 Rib Now need to fit all the bits and pieces, rod holders etc.

Being a 77 year old and launching at Baiter slip is not fun. I don't have the money to pay for dry stack or a pontoon. I like the fun of a rib and it's cheap to use.

Can't afford the marina fees, so want something I can put in the drive, and is easy to launch and retrieve

Cant afford marina fees, Found a XS 500 rib but its in Welwyn garden a 5hr round trip so was hoping to see one locally.

Most of the boats sold will have been well over priced,I cant see people selling their boats for less than they bought them for. Most boats in the £7/8 thousand range are on trailers and are on the drive. so marina fees wont apply.

People are paying silly money for overpriced boats, dont know where their money is coming from. think they will have a shock when prices go back to reality and their trying to sell. Never mind , will keep looking.

Looking for a 16 1/5 ft boat with cuddy and trailer . refuse to pay the silly money a lot of people are asking. Looking around 7/8 grand. may be able to spend more for the right boat. looking to put on f pontoon. anyone hears of something pls let me know ,cash waiting. Cheers Mick.

Pete at the chandlers in Parkstone Yacht Club can supply wire and crimp as req. he did one for Nigel on Lady V, works every time.

trim tabs wont make it go any faster, can help get on plane earlier , as Maverick said, on your size boat you need electric or hydraulic.

that is the same set up on Nigels Lady V . except he didnt fit the swivel. Pete at Parkstone Yacht Club chandlers made it for him.

Go and see Yellow Penguin He is main dealer for Suzuki & Mercury. Ive bought 2 engines from him and always get a good deal.
