If you havent rejoined this great little club your status in the forum should have reverted to that of just plain old forum member
If you feel this has been changed in error then let me know and I will check it out. If rejoining is just an oversight then send in your details along with this years subs as we really would love to see you back in the fold.
If your just leaving then sorry to see you go. If you have a specific gripe then let us know the reason why or if you have just decided to move on then good luck and best wishes

What a brilliant thread, I would expect a lot of input from the more experienced buddy boats and maybe questions from others.
Some of the newer members might wonder how do I get a boat to buddy me? Well probably the best way is to post in either "trip planning" "Trailaway planning" or "members chit chat" that you would either like a boat to buddy you or want to tag along on someone

Hi Malc
Welcome to your clubs forum. I have now updated your forum status so that you can now see the club section of the site.
For a few marks to start you off look at this
These are general areas/marks that you might like to try weather dependant of course.
As Charlie says I also have a Karnic (2460) called "Awol" and used to keep it at Parkstone Bay Marina (Mitchells Boatyard)
How long have you had your Karnic? How do you find it?
Anyways pop along to our meeting this Thursday if you can. Its held this month only at the Parkstone Yacht Club
Look forward to meeting you

Nice report and good to see you getting to grips with this boating malllarky
You can rig your anchor so that it can all be done from within the confines of your cockpit. Much safer especially if you intend fishing spots out of the harbour on a regular basis. If you would like me to pop up and show just shout.

BTW the navman 6500 is a 5" unit
As your looking at 6" units consider the Navman 6600 with high resolution
