Tony and I discussed today and decided a forecast of a force 7 one saturday with a F5 on Sunday offshore fishing for cod will not be not comfortable so in the interest of safety the club Cod comp is CANCELLED -

As Graham says it's a box gutter/gully. It could be lined with anything although looking at the way the gutter is formed I think it's likely to be felt. It looks as though it is also leaking away from the outlet. Only way you can be sure is if you or your contractor get up there and take a look.
