  7. Yes Brian they were all caught in that spot. Very small polystyrene floats on hook lengths tested in the bath just enough to keep most of the crabs away.

  20. Overdraft will be out Carl & Aaron.
  21. I was invited on a private trip by Phil Higgins on Mistress Linda (Charter Boat) down to the shambles. Well what a day, the weather was perfect and so was the fishing. We boated 5 Turbot and 2 Plaice, the Turbot went from 3lb to 19lb and yes i was the one who landed the 19. What an experience on light tackle. Phil certainly knows how to work his boat he tried all day to keep the putting us on the right spots and it certainly paid off. Anyone wanting a charter trip i would recomend Phil anytime. Edited due to complaints from other skippers
  22. Happy Birthday Martin, glad you have had a good day. Carl & Aaron.
  23. Took a look outside and Easterly 3-4 no good for me, very snotty and not enjoyable. Returned to the Harbour and fished the flood thro' the Haven area. We had 20 Bass but were all under 2 1/2 lb all returned. Aaron landed an 11oz Guilthead , and we had a few drifts thro' the channels for flatties with no luck. Lots of surface Bass close to the wall but unable to entice any onto our lines. Nice day but crap winds.
  24. Carl &Aaron booking in on Overdraft.
  25. Todays catch on Overdraft using lures was not very impressive. Carl 4 Mackrel Aaron 4 Mackrel A long way for not a lot.
