Flounder Comp

Sorry Ive not been a round much lately chaps - life is pretty hectic at the moment!

 

Sunday isnt looking too good chaps!

 

In fact I'm struggling to see anything good about Sunday - gale force winds, a -15c windchill and snow! Whilst the comp is in the harbour, launching in a gale is pretty dangerous....

 

I;m doubtful if the comp will be on, but I'll make a final call this evening to give you as much notice as possible to go Xmas shopping with the wife!!

Good call Adam.........I'm looking at forecasts giving 30 mph + winds from SE....... I wouldn't fancy retrieving Gastro from Baiter in that !

 

.........looks like heavy rain for much of the day as well .... windy, cold and wet ...yuk!!

to make it absolutely clear the flounder comp is canceled and will be re, run on the 2Nd Jan?

 

Just for your info Anglers Afloat (Ben) is running a flounder bash on that day, this is not an issue but be sure to offer us warm teas/coffees etc

I cant paddle for a few months.My back problem has returned again but I could still get out on a boat if anybody wants crew
