Has the club had this year's Kayak Day at Lake Pier ?

 

My Brother-in-Law is looking to buy one, but has no idea what he wants.

 

Does anyone in the club have one for sale ?

He's about 11

No - One got a kayak for sale then ?

 

What sort of kit would be the Basic beginners Kayak kit ?

 

Kayaking only - - not fishing.

I am sure if Lofty was about he would respond but being in Spain on hols he may be relaxing in the sun.

 

There is a Kayak place near you Jim, I cant recall what it's called but its on the industrial estate on the left going towards Upton just past Kings Volvo's.

Jim we didn't host the kayak day we just sponsored it. The hosts were Anglers afloat with the last event being arranged by our kayak rep however at present we don't have one

 

I think Dave means Bournemouth Kayaks who are on the industrial estate behind Travis Perkins Blandford Road http://www.bournemouthcanoes.co.uk/

We did have a Kayak Open last year at Lake Pier. I think the big Yak meet was Anglers Afloat at Swanage Bay.
