Jim
They phoned me on Saturday saying I had a virus on my computer. I stayed on the line for ages pretending to switch on my " slow computer " They wanted me to press the " Windows and Alt key " Then they asked what I could see. I said " a bunch of fairies dancing around the garden " When I said the call was costing me nothing and I was happy to talk crap all day ( yes Rob ) they hung up. " F " them ! !
