charlieannear Posted August 12, 2014 Report Posted August 12, 2014 And it may need to be braked... Quote
Coddy Posted August 14, 2014 Report Posted August 14, 2014 I have a 535 and don't need any brakes as under 750kg Don't load the boat up with gear otherwise you may go over the limit. Dave Quote
Rob Posted August 14, 2014 Report Posted August 14, 2014 Dave, you need to be careful. My hull is 300kg (which is light) and engine 90kg. With 25L of fuel, 2 anchors and chasing, 100m rope, single battery and odds and sods. With trailer (as that is included in the 750kg limit) she weighed in at 810kg!! Quote
Brian Posted August 14, 2014 Report Posted August 14, 2014 If it's just fore storing and launching, not trailing on the road none of the above applies. Quote
Jim Posted August 15, 2014 Report Posted August 15, 2014 Dave, you need to be careful. My hull is 300kg (which is light) and engine 90kg. Weigh it without your wallet Rob - - - - - - It'll be ½ as much Jim Rob 1 Quote
