Thanks very much for the Birthday wishes guys.

I am of an age where I don't tend to look forward to birthdays although on the plus side it is very nice to have got through another year.

 

The family would have probably sectioned me if I had taken the boat out today.

Been watching the Rugby and the weather from the comfort of indoors.

Got to say there's been some fantastic Rugby played at this world cup and well done South Africa who gave  a masterclass of forward play today.

I am  thankfully all Rugbyied out and can now concentrate on the vast list of alternative activities that have been accumulating in the wings.😕

 

I am sure I can now make a start on my celebratory  🍺

No cake though ..still looking after my figure
