Sole Trip. Sat. 11th. July.

If anyone fancies joining in a Sole Trip from around 7 pm. to after 10 pm. and returning to Cobbs around 11.30 pm. (Last Bridge if you need it) please pm. or join us near the Piers. I will lay in some tracks for our return to Cobbs. Several other boats will be returning to Baiters around 11.15 pm.

Hum this is something I have been wanting to try but never got around to and now Madness is broke.

She has no juice and am awaiting the return of my alternator which is being rewound

We intend to do a few other things during the day before going sole fishing.

 

It is hoped to try for a few rays and bass before heading off to the sole. The first part of the day will be on an untried mark so a bit of an experiment.

 

If you fancy roughing it and all three of us are happy with the space available given social distancing, you are more than happy to join us.

did that a few years back out late afternoon for a bit of fun then inshore in the dark for sole, had a couple but did not enjoy dodging pots on the ledge on the way home in the dark, so have not done it again.

Best of luck Alan. There are one or two good sized sole around - had a couple off Southbourne Beach a couple of weeks ago - shore fishing.
