Worlds Largest Plaice

It was 20lb 10 ozs or 9.28 kgs

Caught June 1994 in Rye Bay by Hastings Fisherman Dave Peters in boat RX 58 (OUR PAM AND PETER)

 

The exhibit was fibre glass taken from a mould of the fish..

I couldn't get any closer as it was high up on the wall so apologies for poor picture quality

I must laminate a copy of this as I want to be ready with the procedures whilst claiming/measuring my record fish  😂
