Jim
After speaking to Gordon, PJ & Paul Dore last night, I said I would post the details for my service on my 75 E Tec. Unfortunately, they had to postpone ' cos of the snow. I went to see them about the cost and I HAD got it wrong. I had'nt allowed for the labour costs. They did me print out and said I could post it on here. Including Edited February 6, 2009 by Small Fry
Fugazi
Your right Jim its a bargain, I won't mention how much my Merc 75 4 stroke cost me again to service last November. However, I'm now looking forward to the pleasures of low cost 2 stroke servicing in future! Gordon H

Jim
They have been, Two smashing lads, Sam and Simon. I was pleased to find out that my engine has only done 123 hours. They've updated the software and done a full service. I didn't need annodes, but have been advised to get a pre-filter for my fuel. I'll speak to them later for the final price. I'm very pleased & I understand they're going to see Enticer on Monday. On the count of three Gordon, 1 - 2 - 3 - - Ahhh - E_Tec ! great white
Hi Jim Good advice about the pre filter. They are so simple to fit its not really a job that needs an outboard engineer. Just be sure to get the right size unit for the flow rate and the right micron rating. Be aware also that some use very expensive elements and others of simular size/ rating do not. Jim
Thanks Charlie. I just went with what they suggested and will try and get it fitted over the weekend. The list price did make me whince a bit, but when they worked out my total bill including Club Discount, I was delighted. All in All - I'm Very Pleased. Maverick Martin
I am pleased PMS looked after you. Good to hear you are supporting a club sponsor (Salterns are sponsoring this years open comp) and that they are giving you good service and a discount.
