Fugazi Posted July 13, 2009 Report Posted July 13, 2009 You may already have heard about this but early next week all UK mobiles will be on a directory which will mean that anyone will be able to access your numbers. It Quote

biggcol Posted July 13, 2009 Report Posted July 13, 2009 This is a scam if you register they have your number. Even the BBC fell for it. Think you will find the site has been removed. Colin Quote
Jim Posted July 14, 2009 Report Posted July 14, 2009 You can still create an account on that site. I think they have just blocked people from unsubscribing. ? ? ? Jim Quote
plaicemat Posted July 14, 2009 Report Posted July 14, 2009 If this is a scam, Colin, it's a pretty convincing one. I've checked it through pretty comprehensively and can't find a problem, apart from the fact that the site has been so inundated with people removing themselves that it can't cope. Also a lot of adverse comments from respected contributors about the idea of a mobile directory at all. I'll wait and see. Terry. Quote
