The smaller ones are a great scrap. Like a smoothie. I’ve caught a few now with the tails removed. I believe the trawler men cut them off and throw them back. I always wear gloves and slide them into a large mesh laundry sack from the water to keep them contained . You don’t want that whippy tail anywhere near you. I believe the sting can kill and rot the flesh? Glad it paid off, now to find the big ones!!!1 point
