It has been suggested we should hold a Bream Comp this year, i look forward to seeing lots of entries. Bream Comp 10-11th May All other competitions will be run on fish entered to the fish recorder over the year. That looks like a solid splice definitely a big improvement over a knotted mess! A well-spliced retrieval rope will not only be safer but also much smoother to handle when retrieving your anchor. It’s great to see DIY skills put to good use, and your effort clearly paid off. Nothing wrong with a bit of self-praise when the job is well done!1 point
