I have AIS but only receive, a great safety feature when you are wrecking and when there is any fog about. Would recommend if you are having a new system fitted. The charter boats have a feature that they can turn off the boat name when they want so they are shown as an unidentified vessel. You wouldn't want to give your best marks away!!!

You should keep it for your new small boat! . Check the date on it Fred it may have a best before date on it!!

Most fish had them when BHD pumped their clean/used water into Holes Bay years ago along with various growths!!!

Thanks guys, Busy day, keeping warm this morning in a strong bitter wind fishing!! Banter all day, nothing different with Nigel on board!! Looks like the young uns have wipped us again!! Just got back from a meal at Tai in Bournemouth with the family, very nice too. Some beers and even a cake turned up so Jim will be pleased!! So a good day for an Old un Kev!! .
