Welcome Martyn, glad you decided to jump in Enjoy PJ
  18. Will's recent 13.6oz C&R Bass has prompted me to look at the standing's for the B.A.S.S catch and release trophy. This year it is being hottly contested and the results are pretty impresive so far. Although i don't have the exact details it's looking like this: Al Jones - 15lb-8oz Will Summerill - 13lb-6oz Paul Jennings - 10lb - 8oz Al Jones 9lb something Paul Jennings 9lb 4oz Plus plenty more, i've probably missed someone out so apologies but hopefully we can get some official results out soon. it's not over till the fat lady sings ( who ever she is) and i think someone will top the leader during the Cod season albeit to large squid baits PJ
  19. Will, What an amazing session, well done! Great news on the big one being released, any photo's? PJ
  20. Jim, I just emailed you one PJ
  21. Patrick, The Slates is a well known anchor graveyard, many of us get stuck there at times. The shackle must be on the bottom to break free effectively in rocky ground like that PJ

  24. I like the idea of being able to stand up - a real advantage to fly fishers. However, i like the hands free option that a hobie gives you ( kayak with pedals). Will give more comments when i have time to read it properly PJ
