If you can get the numbers from the Turbo then try matching to a car one would be cheaper New car turbos are about £600 . Exchange are about a hundred pounds cheaper let me have make and numbers and I’ll try to see if I can get you one

You could try with somebody that’s good welding cast iron but it looks very weak/thin. Worth trying
