Well that was hard going,I lost quite a good fish on first drop then dead apart from a jumbo pout to me.Mike(onlydowellonshambles) and I did discuss going out another 20miles but with the slightly unsettled forecast and still having spare prop on,we went inshore.Drifted amongst the numerous nets where Mike picked up two pout.That was it apart from teaching various baits on how to avoid the fish Nige

For me I fish for sport,when I do keep fish it is rarely for my family but for friends that normally spend a small fortune at fishmongers and are grateful for free fresh fish.....when I can bothered because I get a buzz from a good fight and then seeing them swim back strong.
