Graham Nash's Achievements

  1. Lets start a list. Martin - anyday Graham - probably 21st, 22nd or 23rd. (by train)
  2. She obviously cant put up with your sulky face any more!
  3. Jim (nothing to do with fishing), but because I travel a lot (when I'm busy, or during the football season) and she likes to arrange theatre visits, my wife and I share a free "online diary" called TIMETREE. Its excellent, we enter anything just like an ordinary diary and it automatically shares with both of us. That way, we can each see at a glance what is booked for any time so can safely make plans without double booking.
  4. Ive promised myself every year that Im going to go to this, but as yet have never managed to make it for one reason or another. Is anyone thinking of going? Is it worth the visit? I'll not be buying anything, just drooling over stuff I cant afford really!
  5. Thank you Rob, Id appreciate that. I assume this is Terry @plaicemat that has them?
  6. well done for the effort again Martin. One of these trips, it'll all fall into place and it'll remind you why you do it.
  7. ive just searched the forums and i requested them in 2022 but never heard back. I see that they were loaned out in 2025 and they look MUCH better than mine! (although someone in Southampton is selling a set that I might go and get next week when my missus is in hospital over there)!
  8. I requested them a LLLOOONNNGGGG time ago, but no one ever knew where they were.
  9. I spent a couple of hours melting down some old weights yesterday and recycling them.
  10. I hope you have a better day tomorrow than I had today Martin. It was very disappointing.
  11. Im out tomorrow as I have to work on Monday
  12. Obviously no one took their grandchildren out! Theyll need to be a bit special to beat Daves shark for this month!
  13. Thats the model I looked at, but the 65 (also from Marine Superstore). Ive already got relief shading on my phone and tablet, but maybe next year Ill upgrade for it to be on the combo too. How do you find the side scan?
  14. Thanks Jerry, looking at his (very impressive) website, I'm guessing my little tub probably isn't Seatronix target market 😉. Ive just looked into the model i mentioned, it would seem the pictures were deceiving and the navionics + isn't what produces the relief shading type of screen, shown on the advert. That's the "extra" navionics platinum (or something like that). It also doesn't come with appropriate transducer .... so would probably end up double my budget and more than the boat is worth!. I told you I was useless.
  15. Guys n girls. I have an old Raymarine Dragnfly4 on my boat that has done me proud for the last 8 or 9 years. BUT, it has lost its track lines and waypoint marker facility. Theres still a few old ones there, but I cant work out how to put new ones in, or how to get the track lines back). Anyway, I think its time for something new. I've got a budget of £500 or £600 been looking at the lowrance and garmins. The Garmin SV Echomap UHD2 touch looks to be a bit nicer than I'm used to, and presently showing as down from £830 - £590 at Marine Superstore with delivery tomorrow! It looks like it has Navionics+ that seems to be something like the relief shading Im using on my phone and it has "side scan". Do those of you with sidescan actually use it? The other thing to say is ..... if it is anything other than a TV or satellite, I'm technically useless! Will I be able to use it?
