  17. Hi Gordon, I'm happy to crew (share costs) for you tomorrow if you can't find anyone else. i say this because i'm probably wouldn't be on the top of anyones list because of my lack of mobility etc . i have been out with Bob f and loved every minute of it , and am keen to gain lots more experience. 21. Hi Bob, Thanks for a great trip yesterday. I think that you've definitely got me hooked on the old float fishing, and it was a pleasure to land the bass for you. What a fish it was , he was certainly a Mike tyson. I couldn't of wished for a better trip, and it has only confirmed that fishing is great. I'll bring the old disabled badge next time and save a few quid on the parking fees. You must tell your mates to stop following you around so much though ! ! I must admit that i was cream crackered this morning and didn't get out the pit too early...........It must have been all those fish we hauled in......well thats not really an excuse .....cus it's true. Take care c u soon Jas
  22. Hi Bob, Friday is looking good. Put me down as a definite. I hope to see you, Terry and all at Thurs meeting to arrange it all. Any chance you could let me know what we will be fishing for , so i can make up some rigs. Cheers Jas
  23. Hi James, Ive managed to nearly master the art of hopping around with a cup of tea in hand . But then again i only lost my leg 13yrs ago. Slow learner ehh. I found that the worst thing for me was probably having to rely on others for the simplist of tasks whilst i could not wear an artificial leg for one reason or another, and feeling frustrated with the lack of mobility. But it sounds like you have alot of good mates to get you through this. Jas
  24. I really do sympathise with you. I've been on crutches since 8th may, since my operation on my leg. Get well soon legless
  25. WELL SAID TOM... I AGREE......i'm just desperate to get out on the water and catch some fish. I'm not really into comps.....people just take it too seriously. It got too serious when i used to be in a pool team......I wanted to have a laugh and socialise, but my team players thought that their life revolved around winning. JUST ENJOY Jas
