CEFAS: "From the top picture it looks like there is a sucker at each end which would most likely make it a species of leech, but this is not clear from the bottom picture which makes it look very different." Is that the same thing in both photos?

I had a look from west overcliff yesterday morning. There were amazing "plumes" of sand in some area of the water west of Bmth pier. Which was strange as the dredger was on the eastern side. There were plenty of nets along the beach, grrrrr!
