Tonights evenoing trip has had to be postponed due to the weather but I will try again.

A SW in Alderney should allow the boats to shelter behind the island providing they can get in/out of Braye Harbour safely ,SW not a good direction for that.

While that may not be the place they would chose to fish at least they would be out.

We are all eagerly awaiting news

I am a fan of smoothounds but have not caught that many locally, best on GW 9.5 lb [ Sam insists that I tel you he caught it]

I have had some much bigger ones at Selsey. which would be a good venue for a early summer trail away.

Perhaps someone may give us a hotspot to try.
