hey guys feels like ages since i put something on here im back on a weeks leave and manged to convince dad to lend me the boat for the day, so took two of my mates fishing for the day, was a slow day with only a few small bream and the odd dogfish, but fishing with two novices can be hard work sometimes. was still nice to be out on the water it was a lovely day, and more importantly dad lending me the boat, where next i wonder? tight lines sam

ive just spent the whole of the night shovelling snow off the deck of the ship very cold and glad to be home compared to portsmouth the snow here seems like nothing sam

hey guys first post from me in a while been a bit difficult getting on a computer lol just in dubai on are stand off spent too much drank too much but hey prob wont be back for a while half way through now cant wait to get home to my own bed after living with 40 other lads in a small area. lots to see in dubai will have to bring the pictures to a meeting its weird out here alot of places weve been are very against fishing which is a shame however managed to dust off the rod the other day for a day and a half on a big sports fisher, alot of driving around with lures was drunk by lunchtime but did manage to get a 30ld barracuda so you can imagine the smile i had . will try and upload some photos hope everything good back home cant wait for cold weather the coldest its been out here is 30 degrees max 50 degrees. tight lines chappers

oooo no you didnt yeah but least in rugby they fall over and get back up, in football they fall over and roll around for a while blaming the world . not a fan of football as you can tell, proberly because i was too clumsy and big to ever be alble to play , and alot better at knocking people flat on a pitch with dodgy looking goal posts anyway fishings ten times better than both added together sam

hi Bob The one purchased with my engine from Volvo is no doubt a re-badged Racor. It came with a metal bowl, but I have purchased and fitted a transparent one. I purchased that from Hyphose and took the whole thing in for them to identify it.and the part is a racor According to my surveyor transparent is fine for liesure use, if used commercially and coded it would have to be changed back to a metal one. what a lovely day tried to get to work today down on sandbanks it was a no go after driving through about 3 massive puddles or lakes got to the bottom of evening hill to be confonted by a foot of water all the way to the car park and the water level was right at the top of the wall there was no way i was getting to work the wall was also littered with boats which had broken there moorings sam

the weather is terrible horizontal rain and 40 knot winds the sunseeker lines are breaking like bits of string and the yachts are listing right over. but yet office with cup of tea and radio on is very pleasant sam
