Absolutely appalling.....I fished both Sat and Sun for about 5 hrs each day and have caught just 4 fish......2 Bream 1 Ballan and 1 maccy.......Alas the only one I can record for the 48hr is

Mackerel.....10.5 oz

because I was fishing alone the rest of the time.. sad.gif

Went out to the Brittle Star grounds Saturday - a couple of Cod, both small and a few other bits before it got a bit breezy!

Sunday, plenty of fish but nothing sizeable...

Dogfish, Blonde Ray,mackerel,bream,pout,pollock,Goldsinny-Ballan-Corkwing -Wrasse,Garfish,Tompot Blenny and Goby.

Wish it had been a species hunt!

Nice to be out - but hard fishing.

fished around Swanage and St Aldhelms Saturday, had a few doggies and wrasse.

Fished Brittle Stars and a couple of wrecks Sunday and had Wrasse, doggies and Pout. Dropped by the Banks off Old Harry for an hour or so on the way back and managed doggies and a solitary Blonde ray.

Nothing much doing on the fishing front, but it was lovely to be out. I must remember a hat next time, my forehead is burnt raw biggrin.gif

First time out for a few weeeks , but as always plenty of food, fun and banter on Alfresco (my second home now biggrin.gif ) and sounds like most, hard fishing for small rewards although personally I was pleased with the few fish i had

2 Blonds 12 and 17lb

Pollock 11lb

And squeeked a conger at 46lb

I am bl@@dy knackered

Regards

Graham was that you on the stars in the Raider 18? if so Brave for a first venture out. We were there but for various reasons we didn't fish the 48 hour comp so will report elsewhere

That was us Martin. biggrin.gifbiggrin.gif

I would not have been there if there had been any lumps in the water sick.gifsick.gif
