Jim Posted January 21, 2011 Report Posted January 21, 2011 After a lot of thought, I have decided to give the Castaways Flounder Comp a try. I booked in Dave, Steve and Myself this afternoon. Anyone else going in for it. ? ? ? Jim Quote
Neal Posted January 22, 2011 Report Posted January 22, 2011 I will be fishing One of these days I may even catch a flounder - but I won't be holding my breath!! Room for 1 or 2 more if anyone else want to join in - but you must book in at the shop today or you can't fish it. Neal Quote

Jim Posted January 27, 2011 Author Report Posted January 27, 2011 Hi Mike, Small Fry, with Dave ( W Magic ), My Son Steve, & Myself went to our chosen mark over Wareham area. I had one of 1lb 4oz. We gave it a couple of hours and moved due to a Cockler joining us. Steve had one of 1lb ish. Spoke to Stuie on the phone, he said they were fishing Evening Hill from the shore and nobody seemed to be catching. Our second mark was slow, so we shot off to GoatHorne at 30 mph. I had another at 1lb 4 Quote

Brian Posted January 27, 2011 Report Posted January 27, 2011 Jim Might be worthwhile having a chat with Gordon Moore to see what prop he was running, he had the same boat and engine. Quote
