Adam F Posted December 5, 2011 Report Posted December 5, 2011 Gents, Last comp of the year this Sunday - The Bob Horne Memorial, Flounder Comp. Same format as pervious years fish 8-4pm, Xmas hamper for the winner - however, the weigh in will be at Lake Pier as we are combining with the Kayak guys this year. As this comp is held within the harbour, unless we get a F10 gale the comp will most probably go ahead. Book in here please. 1.) Quote

Adam F Posted December 9, 2011 Report Posted December 9, 2011 Chaps, I'm sure you have all seen the forecast. It's not pretty, most sites agree that F5 gusting 6 with heavy rain. In theory it's fishable but with the kayak boys also out I think it's better to err on the side of caution and postpone the comp 1 week to the 18th Dec. Quote
mw Posted December 10, 2011 Report Posted December 10, 2011 So is the kayak comp also cancelled mark w Quote
