plaicemat
Greg, for those who want accommodation, I think 11th - 14th is preferred, otherwise there is no room at the inn for the last night, 13th May. Like you, I have no intention of repeating the debacle of recent times. I hope if someone offers me a place, I will have the strength to decline. Terry. Maverick Martin
Greg so you won't be bringing Mrs Sea to Poole prior to the clubs excursion to the channel isles either then I would think that your assumption would be a fair one to go with however I will leave that decision to others that know better than me. great white
Greg What you need to know is when the tides are small or medium IMHO large tides make the whole trip hard work, from drifting the wrecks/banks to any thought of tope fishing. Plus the definate need to pick tides to fuel up at Braye. From Memory I think that both of the middle wekends in May are OK, which avoids the bank holidays when family issues and work may take over for me. Talking to Terry earlier this week I believe that accomadation ashore may not be available on some dates. Charlie
