Can anybody recommend a decent long measuring stick to attach to the boat ? Preferably one that won't rust !!

Unfortunately I don't have a transome to screw it to !!

 

Its quite thin so you could fix to deck close to stern.

If you buy a plastic ready made measure, make sure it has all the up to date minimum sizes on it as I hate to see someone waste money on old stock!

 

You could always make one out of wood and put your own markings on it, it would float as well if it fell overboard

Thanks for that info, it's not something I would have thought about to be honest.

As for making a measure, not really my thing I would not do it justice. Give me a gas boiler or a bathroom refit no problem but, wood work... nah !

I did the same on my old boat.

Not much point on the Tiddler !  She don't get out very often !  :huh:  ;)
