Flatfish Comp next weekend, I have just looked at four weather sites and all are vastly different as usual.

Saturdays wind looks too exciting, Sunday looks manageable

I think it is safe to say Saturday's weather has not changed for a while and is a NO GO situation. Sunday's weather is still improving and a close watch will be kept on this situation.

Fisheagle still blocked off as Friday relaunch did not take place due to wind issues. Good luck to everyone who manages to get fishing. In the future, can we consider making this a Flatty and Ray Comp like it used to be. Think there could be more interest.

My largest plaice was around 15oz but gutted by the crew on the way home, so unknown weight,🙄🙄🙄 🤣🤣🤣🤣 had 5-6 in the day but all small.

Non member Ken was a revelation today - boated 4 plaice - biggest 1lb 8oz, My largest 14 oz.

Frank has asked me to say that their best plaice were 2lbs. 4 8ozs. and Jan one had one of 1lb. 4ozs. Hopefully, I can put up a picture.
