IMHO they are a total waste of effort. [And yes I did add that to my feedback] We are left to our own voluntary measures. Ie Number of fish retained, being a low percentage of catch. The way we treat and handle the fish, this is very good. Non targeting of pregnant females. Although the current restrictions on Bass fishing have taken a while to get used too, most of us can recognise that they are having a good impact on our catch rates.
