Graham Nash Posted Saturday at 09:42 AM Report Posted Saturday at 09:42 AM Ive promised myself every year that Im going to go to this, but as yet have never managed to make it for one reason or another. Is anyone thinking of going? Is it worth the visit? I'll not be buying anything, just drooling over stuff I cant afford really! Jim 1 Quote

Jim Posted Sunday at 11:29 AM Report Posted Sunday at 11:29 AM My Brother & myself go every year but it's shrunk since COVID and not so much fun. We said we were not going to bother this year but if it's a Club outing then I would probably fancy it. I've already told Jackie I don't intend going so she may have other plans. If I'm available yes I would fancy a day out. 😀 Quote

great white Posted Tuesday at 08:06 AM Report Posted Tuesday at 08:06 AM Interested in going, as I have not been for a few years where is the best place to get tickets now? Quote
Ian.Jones Posted Tuesday at 09:29 AM Report Posted Tuesday at 09:29 AM RYA members can get one ticket for £5, an additional two for £14.99 each and any more for £19.99 each. Note sure how this compares with other options but they say these are discounted rates. Alternatively, call one of the big boat builders, tell you are a keen buyer and sound convincing, ask them for a couple of tickets…………and you’ll probably get a free coffee as well. Mal Thomas Posted Tuesday at 02:20 PM Report Posted Tuesday at 02:20 PM If we had enough interest from one area we could have a mini bus from say cobbs as a club day out, drop a comment down below, guests and members. We could also meet up at the show for those who can't tie up at Cobbs Quay. 2006holmwood and Jim 2 Quote

Wight Magic Posted Tuesday at 08:05 PM Report Posted Tuesday at 08:05 PM I'm interested just depends on which day 🤔 Quote
Maverick Martin Posted Tuesday at 10:06 PM Report Posted Tuesday at 10:06 PM count me in Mal or if not enough interest for a minibus the train is a decent shout with just a shortish walk to the show from the southampton station Jim and Graham Nash 2 Quote
Jim Posted yesterday at 05:50 AM Report Posted yesterday at 05:50 AM I can only do a Friday, Saturday or Sunday. but don't work around me as I'm not sure yet what Jackie has me booked in for so don't know if I'll be able to go. Quote

Jim (nothing to do with fishing), but because I travel a lot (when I'm busy, or during the football season) and she likes to arrange theatre visits, my wife and I share a free "online diary" called TIMETREE. Its excellent, we enter anything just like an ordinary diary and it automatically shares with both of us. That way, we can each see at a glance what is booked for any time so can safely make plans without double booking. Jim 1 Quote
