Member Removed
Hi, my name is Mike and I and my partner moved down here last year, when I retired. I have been a course angler for 50years and used to own my own ponds, but due to an arm injury, could not keep up the maintainance, and so had to sell. I dont't intend giving up course angling, but I want to learn sea fishing, but due to my injury, distance casting is out. So I am on the lookout for a small boat and a good club where I can meet people and learn, and hopefully have a good time. It seems i have found the club ( yours ), and I hope to be at your next meeting, and look forward to seeing you then Mike Stephenson

Rob
Welcome. This is a great opportunity to "try before you buy", there are many different boats from 30+ feet to 15 or smaller (?). No doubt you will be taken out to try a variety if you want and pick up some tips and get an idea of what you want. See you at the next meeting hopefully.
