I have been given a Penn Delmar 285M multiplier reel by a gentleman who has given up sea fishing, although an old model, it is in perfect condition and even in it's box. yours for a contribution to our club charity.

Whooppeee so the eu ministers think they are doing us a favour by allowing us to keep 1 bass which on average will be circ 1.5 kilos whilst commercials are allowed a stupid amount of bye catch.......thanks eu but you aint cutting it. If there is a problem with bass stocks then ban all landings not rob peter etc etc. The sooner we are away from that crowd of clowns the better

Hello Etian, get the GX2 and have a look at the Penn 320 within the post from Reel Wizard regarding reels for sale, from yesterday. The reel is a good all round worker and the fact that it already has braid loaded will save you a fair few quid. The rod (£50 for 12-20 from Glasgow angling centre) and reel (£40 second hand) will come in under £100. I would recommend going into Poole Angling and ask Andy if he can match the online price, he is a club member and we should support him as he does a fair bit for the club and members. Cheers Ian
