  5. Well done Bob, a great effort on the C&R - good to see you enjoying the fruits of your labour (JV) I was up at stupid oclock to get the boat out of the run before the 6am spring low. Fished at dawn with lures and live baits = not a sausage It was tough inshore with sunny conditions and the water being whipped to a foam by air show trafiic. Despite this the best part of the day was about noon when a school of small bass were busting the surface feeding on sandeel. I managed a dozen on the fly rod which was fun but nothing big enough to wiegh. Sunday i got the 5 wieght out and had 30 smalll bass in two hours, saw some gars too - looks like summer has arrived at last PJ
