Arrived at boat at 8am and saw this Pi&&ed right off so when Dave phoned to ask what the sea state was like........I told him what had happened and he invited me out!......So over to Cobbs and out I went.we lost two good fish then just dogs and a conger.......it was so much better than being at home grumpy......thanks Dave The marina owner phoned me to say he has righted the boat and my new £100 bilge pump is not working!?......or isn't now! Worse of all he said the engine turns over....................that's now well and truly F@cked then as it was totally submerged!!!!! Now over to both the marina insurance and mine to sort things out!,,,,, Nigel

Going out Boxing Day would like to fish off the Island but depends on sea state. No crew at the moment so if anybody would like to join me 07877195090 I'll only be having a small tipple today so anybody else with a clear head will be welcome Nigel

Sneaked out,had a good look around the carpark while eyes peeled to sounder and then chose a spot with hook down about 11.30. Well me and Mal done a lot of Doggin in the carpark,got through a load of bait but no cod. Mal had a couple of nice whiting. We fished until just before 5pm hoping it would all happen........it didn't,I did hear of two caught .....one of 28+ on Sam Cummings boat That's cod fishing Nigel

Later start for me as unable to get back in until at least 5.30
