No matter which way you look at it this is so wrong on so many levels. They want RSA's to carry on spending money on angling then should we want to eat one we have to buy a fish caught bye commercials thereby paying twice, talk about rubbing salt in the wounds. Don't get me wrong I am all in favour of conservation but this should be done in a fair and even handed way not club us then tickle the commercials

If the hot spot was that cold Rich I'm glad I went to see father Christmas   :rolleyes: although the weather turned out to be ok

Looking at Windguru for Hamworthy at 9am tomorrow they are giving a NNW force 4 gusting 6 decreasing later to a N F3 gusting F5.  Earlier today when Neal called this they were giving gusting F7   Those that are berthed or launching to fish in holes bay would most likely be ok with that but others that launch at baiter or elsewhere may not be so comfortable.   Always a hard call, a cancellation will always upset someone but we are a small boat club and have to allow for all levels of experience and ere on the side of caution.  The only downside I can see is it probably could have been called earlier but I can't comment on that as I never followed the forecasts
