  16. i'm up the creek not had any problems, a little restricted by tide but not too bad, I'm on the island but in the creek and also beam on rather than bow on so I think I've got a good mooring for the money. free parking nearby with a Mick and a pub across the road can't get better than that

  22. Happy Birthday Mick, hope you had a good day and i expect we'll catch up over the weekend given the good forecast! Mike
  23. hey paul. i heard you too, i had a quick sesh and was in before low water, managed alot of doggies (grabbing baits within minutes), small tope and a nice thornback on a live mackeral which was on the bottom (avoiding doggies) hoping for a big autumn bass,
  24. take it steady on the guinness guys
  25. i can also recommend mark towersy. i had a coil go on my 115 optimax, it didn't "break down" as such, it just went pop, i was cruising at 22 knots at the time and it felt like we had hit something, symptoms were as you describe in the fact, the engine started fine, idled fine, revved out of gear fine but when under load the power of the cylinder with the duff coil was not available thus limiting rpm and speed, mark diagnosed it quickly, got the parts within a few days and fitted them. Thankfully mine was done under warranty as they are expensive parts mike (hopeyougetitsortedothermikegivemarkaring)
