I snagged a nice blonde a few years ago but she is now a brunette! on a serious note I too would like to give it a go for blondes this year, i believe the banks are approx 8 miles south of the needles? there looks like a few banks on the charts over towards st catherines, I know the overfalls to the east of the island fish well for them.

(at least the common skate appeared to make it) it makes me angry and upset Can only echo what others have said- I'm glad it is getting high profile recognition and I would also like to see the ATs response to fishfight (I am not a member) would it not be good if they quickly jump on the bandwagon as it gains momentum? my name was on the petition some time ago

  20. just to finish this thread, we had a great meal at pebblebeach last night, only a couple of minor niggles like 1 or 2 bones in the bass dish but the flavours were great, There were 4 of us and we all had something different so we could taste each others, portion size was generous, my girlfriend had lymington crab soup for a starter-I had to finish it and her dessert so bonus for me! back on the diet today

  23. many thanks for all the suggestions, I will check out the menus online. My grandad used to take us to la mamma for special accasions when i was a kid, must have started over 25 years ago. haven't been for a couple of years I can be fussy at restaurants, I like things homemade and not shipped in ready done.

Hi Guys Can people please recommend me a nice restaurant in the poole- southampton area, I particulary like seafood, not too fussed on cost as long as the food is worth it! padstow is a little far! its the girlfriends birthday so please no burger vans! cheers Mike ps anyone tried the crab house cafe in weymouth?
