Is this just fishing fleet? What about chartered boats or visiting private boats?

I was over there from Monday to Wednesday for a short break, I saw Steve Porter, Clem with wild frontier and Ivan with Topcat were there. Spoke to a few of the anglers, most they could managed were around low teens per day per day.

Small conger also released.... I saw plenty of small conger being kept, just how small is small?

As fishing has slowed right down, it's time to do a few things around the house, our bathroom really needs re-tiling as it was last done over 10 years ago. So to refresh how it's done, I turned to youtube for technique. So is the recreational quota voluntary or not? Also I know anglers get round this quota by jumping on commercial boats so they are not restricted.
