I can't see how going to the boat can be classed as "essential travel". The rules say: to spend time or exercise outdoors - this should be done locally wherever possible, but you can travel to do so if necessary (for example, to access an open space). I'm not sure fishing is classed as exercise. -

I don't think the bridge will affect the comp. 😎 The bridge is closing Monday 7th December to Friday 11th December. I thought the comp was Saturday 7th November and Sunday 8th November -

I agree entirely, the trouble is, a few years ago some old judge decided they were an ethnic minority. Therefore they get away with things the rest of us wouldn't.
