hey guys well got up nice and early at seven and was down the quay for 8 and decided to go for it so we sighned in for it and collected are two boxes of squid so we were out on the gulley for quarter past nine and were waiting for the signal to start fishing on the radio and we had the music radio on waiting for it. it felt strange only using one rod each and a bit boring but hay. we had plenty of doggies between me and dad and a whiting and a pout but no cod we got to the marinas for the weigh in and 9 being weighed in total biggest 31lb 8oz and duncan taking 3rd place for 125 pounds it came to the end and they got to the junior prise and there was two rod and reel sets left and there was me and this other lad and neither of us had caught cod and they needed to shift it so they gave it to us wahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay, thats one way to got a brand new abu spinning rod ready for the bass in the summer lol all the best and a happy new year sam

i would be up for it but dont now if would be able to considering getting there seen as i cannot drive. keep me informed of any corse fishing trips allways up for it even if only a young lad im always up for a days fishing u know me! tight lines sam

i have never tried corse fishing properly i would not mind giving it a go sumtime i will proberly enjoy it. rich if you no a local place to give it a go let me now

Hi all We went out today with Gary on Prodigy 7.30 and the only boat waiting for the bridge to lift Then full speed up to Wareham, fantastic fun in the early morning light. After a slow start and 1 fish to Gary we moved and started a steady stream of small fish before the amount of water under the boat forced a move. another hour with no more fish prompted a move to join other boats at Baiter, the Crabs were active but the fish were not. We all managed to get a flounder Total catch onboard 8, but the best only went 1lb 12 oz to Gary. Well done to all those that turned out today, great to see so many boats and anglers out there. Well done John a cracking fish, what a time to break the Club Record during the flounder Comp. Charlie, Sam and Dan

i have just read the can in the garage and it does actullay say it can be used on bait to attract fish so i might give it a go dad said it works on tope in the summer round at st albans tight lines sam

im going out fishing on prodigy with gary dad and dan trying in poole harbour for some flonder seen as we cant catch cod anyone entering that cod comp for poole sea angling centre on the 30th tight lines sam

i caught my 8lb cod last year on about ten squid which had built up throw the day and a few bits of macky sam

what ever it was it would have still been fun to catch just think of it as a 12lb mackerel and we all now how well they fight tight lines sam
