But I drove past in the daylight and it looked like it had twigs for arms, so maybe it's a man ?

My grandson and two of his cousins built it, it was supposed to be a snowman, but the snow was so dry and powdery that they had trouble making anything.

You're right about someone kicking it to pieces, a group of oldish teenagers thought it was funny to kick it.

If my grandson builds another, I think I'll put a bit of RSJ up through the middle, just for support of course!!!
