I picked up a new engine cover Ive had made from aluminium. It looks great and I'm really please. So now moving on to finishing. I'll be fixing sound proofing inside, and i think I've found the right stuff but asking for opinions from those who have done this. What have you used, and which adhesive would be compatible with aluminium? Finally, I will leave this as bare chequer plate but should I wish to paint it, any suggestions on paint type? Thanks peeps. So I thought I would like to be able to have some music in the garden and rather fancied the idea of putting together my tunes on a laptop (playlists) etc. then sending them to outdoor speakers.
