  1. I'm gonna need a bigger boat!
  2. Happy Birthday Gary. Weather is total rubbish so no idea how you'll spend your day. Just make sure you enjoy it. Glass of Beer & Slice of Cake perhaps? Jim
  3. Nice one Rob. Been working away ? You've been quiet for a while.
  4. Lookyou ! I guess she's from Wales then?
  5. Thank you Stuie.
  6. Nice one Terry.
  7. Very worthy winners.
  8. The past 2 years Jacqui's had a cheapo lightweight rod & reel from me. Oh the look of joy and surprise on her face as she unwraps it is priceless.
  9. Happy Birthday Terry. Wot U Got planned? Chillaxing at home ? Glass of Vino? Slice of Cake? Whatever you're doing have a great Birthday. Jim
  10. I'm sure she'll be delighted with the fishing tackle voucher !
  11. We eat the good stuff and put the Not so good stuff back to produce more " not so good stuff " So there's lots of baby " not so good stuff " for the good stuff to eat! Far to complicated for Me! I just feed them up for you lot to catch !
  12. Only 13ft 5ins Greg so not a problem. He used to have a 16 footer! Tiddler's only 13 feet but I'm not lifting her up on a roof rack though. We'll have to wait and see what happens with COVID but I quite fancy one of those. No launching, mooring, servicing, fuel, or lift out fees. I'm only a poor old pensioner now y'know.
  13. Well done Wendy ! and Charlie.
  14. Will Father Christmas get it down the chimney ? I thought it was a bit big for that? Although . . . . . He is magical so no problem !
  15. A good day out then Gents. Shame about that Cod though Neil.
  16. Thanks. Have you got it or pre ordered? Having the standard Flip ups or Go faster sporty ones?
  17. See ! Completely lost the plot. You went out in the Revo and posted pictures. Silly old Duffer! When you DO get the duo it would be good to hear your thoughts. And for my part . . . . . .I'll try to remember reading it. 🤪
  18. Well come on then Steve. How did the first time out go? As a seasoned yakker I await your thoughts on the build quality, stability, performance etc. etc. etc. That price for the duo with the kick up fins seem very good compared to Hobie's normal prices. £3,300 for twin drives plus the kayak. At less than 100lbs before adding the extras it seems a good weight too. ? ? ? ? And did you catch any fish? Jim
  19. Happy Birthday Duncan ( Bathclaret) Hi Duncan, Hope all's well with you. A very happy Birthday. You know the rules! Beer, Cake etc. etc. Jim
  20. Don't ruin a good cake by putting fruit in it Colin.
  21. Happy Birthday Oli. Extra slice of cake required I think. Jim
  22. Terry & Myself were distanced on Stingray a few weeks ago. That worked well I thought.
  23. That's what I thought but it would have been nice.
  24. That would be good. We'll have to see what happens.
