  8. Spring Species Comp First Comp for the new season, can be fished either day over the weekend 6th or 7th April. Individual angler totals not boat total, so jump aboard and join in and kick start the season with a competition win. Plenty of Species being caught now reported. Please add names to the list.

  24. It may have had something to do with alcohol as there was plenty of cans of beer in bags on the sunken boat! Good result considering the time of year and no life jackets.
  25. There was a speed boat sunk in the harbour on Boxing Day off Dorset Lake late afternoon, five on board all picked up from the water, no life jackets worn but lots of beer on the boat!! All saved, and for some reason being kept very low key!!! RNLI picked them up. Anyone heard anything? Great Christmas for the five involved.
