The pump that is fitted is a flo-jet (9bar) and with the boat flying at 40mph i can still get a fifty foot jet of water out of the nozzle. Its a self priming type that sucks as good as it blows. Available from alanandjoe on ebay at about

Hi adam just do this, works for me! all it is is some 15mm stainless pipe up and over the back with a hozelock fitting on the pump end, a bit of hose between fitting and pump, then i used the outlet to a "y" piece, 1 going to the bait tank and the other going to a spiral hose with a gun on the end. if you need some stainless 15mm ive got about 10ft left. They did a test on Mythbusters the other day and spent about 2 days trying to make two of the presenters sick, which they were! everything failed to work Pharmacutical or herbal except for ginger tablets. After they had taken the tablets no sea-sickness at all. The results amazed me!! Simon L

Use some cheesewire to cut through below panel, then carefuly use a window scraper, the type with a stanley blade to get as much off as you can without damaging the surface. Then get an old towel and place over the residue and soak with acetone then cover with polythene and tape down the edges so the acetone doesn't evaporate, wait a couple of hours and then scrape off using a plastic scraper. this releases the Sikaflex from most surfaces, Dont forget to wax the Fiberglass again after leaving it to dry for a while or it will absorb water in that area. worked for me on various hovercraft i've built Simon L

ok, this is getting complicated now, i'm confused as to who is going with who i have confirmed Gastronaught, Alun is with Terry (terry just phoned, has 1 more crew if needed) Enticer, Gordon +1 Cimmara, Simon(me) +1 (maybe 2 if needed) Gordon H ( with Fugazi if needed ) Paul D ( with Neo if needed ) PJ (crewing) Mike F (crewing) If my maths is right thats 2 per boat we just need to decide who fits where I am bringing my boat down, and will gladly take 1 or 2 passengers, so first to post-up can take shotgun. Have we arranged a time to meet at Lymington? Simon L
