  1. Then go fishing and give us a report
  2. Never mind old fella
  3. Jerry you obviously don't know my boys, if I went out with them I would be off work for a week
  4. I wish
  5. I am guessing at about 15/20
  6. I've been thinking (unusual I know) about this. I would much rather a boat fell on my car or van than on me, where do they get the elf n safety card from? If their staff propped the boats up correctly they wouldn't' fall down! train the staff correctly. Next they will be telling us we can't walk between the boats or get on them to work in case they fall over, you just couldn't make it up.
  7. Colin, no need for marker buoys just learn to use your plotter and sounder correctly.
  8. Hu Hum, sorry
  9. Bah ha ha ha
  10. Happy Birthday both
  11. Cobbs are in my view heading for an exodus of boats. They are cutting all previously enjoyed benefits ie lift out bacon sandwiches and coffee are lacking this year, virtually no parking which as a customer I feel I am entitled to, no fishing competitions in fact they are in my view getting greedy and will in time pay for their short sightedness
  12. Your right there Stuie 250 community hours for £53m = £212,000 pounds per hour, wish I could earn that
  13. Happy Birthday Roger
  14. Jim doesn't have any luck he just buys loads of tickets the more you buy the luckier you get lol
  15. You should join the club proper Andy, you're missing around half the forum being on the outside looking in
  16. I was just thinking the same, I hope your port comes from Lidl or Aldi or wherever Ian gets his from or it just won't cut the mustard and you won't hear the last of it, promise lol
  17. Andy, advice has to be earned but you can expect Banter, oh and go careful with that young upstart Neil
  18. Welcome here Andy, look forward to meeting you on the Alderney trip or earlier.
  19. Chris welcome to PBSBAC. Join in and take part in club activities if you can. Take advantage of the wealth of information stored in our members heads, ask away any questions you may have. If you use the club you will drastically reduce the learning curve in both fishing and boating. Martin
  20. 7 boats and 18 guys, it's been such a shite winter I am now really looking forward to this trip. If there are any other members old or new that are remotely interested in this trip either on your own boat or on another boat post here. If you have never done a channel crossing before don't be shy, you will get all the support you need to help make it an enjoyable experience but not only that you will have the security of being in company of others, what's not to like.
  21. I have now merged both postings
  22. Absolutely fine to post appropriate information for our members. Thanks Colin
